Web Chat: A new way for customers to access case information!
The New Jersey Child Support Program is pleased to announce that web chat is now available as a new way to receive case-specific child support information. If you have a child support case, you now have access to an online customer service representative who is available to customers who are viewing their case information on njchildsupport.org. Customers must be logged into their case information to access the web chat service. Our new web chat service provides another way for clients to get help and to address their child support issues. The web chat service will be available from the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
Case information will remain available via the case information page at www.njchildsupport.org or by calling 1-877-NJKIDS1 (655-4371).
