How to start direct deposit
You can sign up for direct deposit in the Case Information portal. You will need a bank account number and bank routing number to process the request. Once approved, your direct deposit will be active the next business day. If further verification is necessary, it may take up to ten (10) business days for direct deposit to begin.
Once direct deposit begins, any payments received are electronically sent to your bank and should appear in your account within two (2) business days.
